YogaRhythm.... Cardio drumming to amazing music, combines with yoga for a fun and energizing workout!All levels are welcome to this class, as modifications will be offered to suit!
If you are NEW to yoga or are looking for a gentler class the FOUNDATIONS is the place for you! We do the same poses in a similar sequence to the gentle vinyasa classes, but with a focus on alignment, modifications and proper prop usage to make the poses accessible to everyone.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow is your opportunity to move with breath. Sun salutations combine with seated, standing and twists to create an amazing combination of strength and flexibility.
YogaSTRENGTH– We all need to bring resistance training into our lives. This class joins heavier weight resistance work with yoga intertwined for a fun, strength building class. Modifications will be offered to make this class accessible to a variety of levels.
Ashtanga Series Work-If you are looking for a new challenge, join us for the Ashtanga Series. We begin with a group Sun Salutation practice and then lead into individual work on the primary series of Ashtanga yoga. There are copies of the primary series at the studio, and Jennifer is happy to answer any questions you may have about that practice!
YIN Yoga– is a step into deep stretching and meditative work. Delving into only a few poses each class, but allowing your body and mind the opportunity to work deeply into the space. This class is suited to all levels, and gives you a new understanding of your mind, body and spirit.
